In the yard of TOS "North" Veliky Novgorod opened a new platform for all ages

In the yard of TOS "North" in the framework of initiative budgeting appeared swing, carousel and tennis table. The site was designed taking into account the wishes of residents of all ages, and now it has become a point of attraction not only for local children, but also for children from neighboring yards, the Administration of Veliky Novgorod reported in the social network Vkontakte.

Chairman of TOS Valentina Ivanova said that the project took into account the wishes of residents of different ages. It is especially gratifying that the new platform is actively used not only by local children, but also by guys from neighboring yards.

The citizens are not going to stop there. The plans for next year are to equip a sports ground and install a slide to make the yard even more convenient and interesting. Mayor Alexander Rozbaum noted that such local initiatives shape the image of the city: they complement large federal projects and make the urban environment truly convenient.

An even larger stage lies ahead. The Novgorod Dvor project, initiated by Governor Alexander Dronov, involves the transformation of 20 courtyards in 2027. The experience of TOS "North" is especially valuable here: it shows how important it is to take into account the opinion of residents and make the space lively and necessary.

Earlier it became known that in Novgorod region improved 36 public areas in 20 districts. The projects were discussed and selected together with the residents. This approach helps to make public spaces really popular and convenient. There are plans to upgrade 19 more territories. In Okulovka, Parfina, Batetsky and Holm, the implementation of winning projects will begin.
