Drivers were outraged by a giant traffic jam on the highway M-4 “Don” near Krasnodar

Last weekend, many drivers had to spend more than an hour in a big traffic jam on the federal highway M-4 “Don” on the way to Krasnodar – both on Saturday and Sunday.

According to the drivers, the traffic jam on the highway began in the area of Adygeisk and lasted almost until the entrance to Krasnodar. It took about 2 hours to overcome this distance. Many people have expressed outrage over the situation on social media.

As MK in Kuban wrote, traffic restrictions on the M-4 Don highway near Krasnodar are associated with road works on the section from 1343 to 1351 km, which started on October 5. Road work on this section of the route is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

Drivers were urged to be more careful and take into account the restrictions introduced in advance when planning routes.
