Volgograd teenagers told how not to fall into the hands of recruiters
The Russian Interior Ministry reminded teenagers about digital security rules that will help reduce the risk of encountering fraudsters.

Among the main recommendations are not to disclose personal data, use strong passwords, and be careful when communicating with strangers on the Internet. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
The department noted that suspicious profiles, closed chats and questionable offers should be alerted. If unknown persons send strange videos or try to involve minors in illegal activities, it is necessary to immediately stop communication and tell adults about what happened - parents, teacher or coach. You should also contact the police.
The law provides for the possibility of avoiding criminal liability if a person voluntarily and finally refused to commit a crime. This provision is enshrined in article 31 of the criminal code. At the same time, one decision to change your mind is not enough: it is important to notify the relevant authorities in a timely manner and take all possible measures to prevent crime.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs stressed that even if the teenager has already begun to carry out the instructions of recruiters, but realized that he was being dragged into a dangerous situation, it is not too late to stop. In this case, you should seek help from trusted adults and law enforcement officers as soon as possible. The main thing is not to try to deal with the problem alone.
