Volunteers trimmed eight patients at a palliative center in Petrozavodsk

Hairdressers Tatiana and Natalia visited the Palliative Care Center. During the visit, the masters provided services to eight patients in need of special care.

Specialists of the center emphasize: for seriously ill people, such meetings are of great psychological importance. Haircuts help patients regain a sense of comfort and self-confidence, which is extremely important for maintaining an emotional state. According to employees, such procedures allow at least for a while to distract from the diagnosis and feel the manifestation of sincere care.

The administration of the palliative center thanked the volunteers for their selfless work and attention to the needs of the wards, noting that such visits bring light and joy to the lives of patients.
