A resident of the Voronezh region Alexander Rtischev received a house in the Novousmansky district after appealing to the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia. The young man, left without parental care in childhood, for several years could not achieve the provision of housing.
According to Alexander, he lived with his parents and sisters until the age of five, and then his grandmother took up his upbringing. At the age of 14, the teenager was put on a queue to receive housing.
After reaching adulthood, the young man had to get an apartment or a house, but this did not happen. Since 2018, he has been in need of housing. Even the court decision that came into force did not lead to the fulfillment of obligations by the local administration.
In May 2026, when Alexander was 22 years old, he asked for help in the SU IC of Russia in the Voronezh region. The young man was recognized as a victim in a criminal case of negligence. The investigator interacted with the relevant authorities to achieve the restoration of his housing rights.
As a result, Alexander received the keys to a new house in the suburbs of Voronezh, in the Novousmansky district. Earlier, with the assistance of the Investigative Committee, the legal housing was provided to his sisters.
The young man thanked the staff for their help and attention to his situation.
