The Soviet district court of Voronezh ruled on the claim of the Federal Passenger Company against a local resident. The man must reimburse the employer 40 thousand rubles, reported in the press service of the court on Wednesday, October 7.

As follows from the materials of the case, the contract with the company was concluded last year. Under his terms, Voronezh undertook to take professional courses, and then go to work as a conductor of passenger cars.

However, immediately after completing the training, the man changed his mind: he did not like the new specialty, and he did not find a job. Then the carrier demanded to return the money spent on its preparation, and appealed to the court. Servants of Themis supported the position of the company and decided to recover compensation from the defendant in the amount of 40 thousand rubles.
