Voronezh taxi drivers faced problems with the withdrawal of earnings amid a large-scale failure of “Yandex”

Taxi drivers in Voronezh can not withdraw earned funds through the application - this is reported by the carriers themselves. According to them, after a serious technical failure in the services of Yandex, some of the functions of the platform are still unstable: the balance is displayed, but it is not possible to get money.

Due to the ongoing problems, some drivers have begun to return cars to taxi fleets - they are not ready to work in such conditions.

One of the local taxi drivers said that on October 11, the app lost contact with passengers: drivers lost the ability to write to customers and call them. At the same time, the functions of viewing the balance, replenishing the account and withdrawing funds ceased to work.

In social networks there are also reports that when paying with a bank card, funds may not be credited to the balance. Some drivers say that they are willing to interrupt the trip if the customer does not have cash or the ability to make a transfer.

Earlier, unmanned vehicles attacked three server complexes of the company located in Vladimir, Kaluga and Ryazan region.

The infrastructure of these data centers supports digital applications and the Yandex Cloud ecosystem. After the failure of the equipment, the failure affected Yandex Go, Yandex.Telemost, Yandex.Mail, Yandex Food, Yandex Pay, Yandex.Pro, Maps, Music and other products. Among the victims are also called “Pharmacy.ru”, “Tasty and point”, “Magnet”, “Telegram” and other organizations using the capacity of Yandex Cloud.

Representatives of Yandex reported that restoration work is continuing.
