Voronezh Novozhyvotinnoe was obliged to issue licenses for artesian wells
It was established that 11 artesian wells are operated on a regular basis on the territory of Novozhyvotin settlement

It was established that 11 artesian wells are operated on a regular basis on the territory of Novozhyvotinny settlement. However, the administration, contrary to legislative regulations, did not organize the creation of a municipal enterprise or institution that could obtain a license to extract fresh groundwater. And did not appoint a guaranteeing organization responsible for the operation of these wells for drinking and household water supply to residents.
Earlier, the district prosecutor’s office sent submissions to the administration of the rural settlement with a demand to eliminate the revealed violations, but due action was not taken. By the decision of the prosecutor, the guilty official was brought to administrative responsibility under the article “Use of subsoil without a license for subsoil use” (Part 1 of Article 7.3 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
The defendant, not agreeing with the court decision, filed an appeal. The District Attorney's Office opposed her satisfaction.
The Voronezh regional court upheld the decision of the district court in force, and the appeal – without satisfaction.
The execution of the judgment is controlled by the regional prosecutor’s office.
