Skin cancer can manifest various symptoms and is not always associated with the appearance of moles. This was told by dermatologist Carlos Alberto Bruno in an interview with the publication Terra.

According to the specialist, one of the most common signs of the disease is a small non-healing wound. Such a lesion can constantly appear in the same place and be covered with a crust. Sometimes it is accompanied by itching, peeling or bleeding, even with a minor injury.

Bruno noted that in the early stages of skin cancer usually does not cause these symptoms. Their appearance may indicate the further development of the disease. In this case, some patients may feel a burning sensation in the area of the lesion even in the absence of other noticeable signs.
