All who live in apartments, waiting for three new rules from October 1
From October 1, tenants of apartments are waiting for three new rules: how to avoid fines and not overpay for housing and communal services.

Since the beginning of autumn, the rules for living in apartment buildings are becoming stricter. Three important changes are coming into effect, affecting utility bills, the use of common property and repair work. Ignoring the new rules can lead to financial losses and official orders from the management company (CC).
1. Transfer of counter readings strictly on time
If you did not send the data on time, the UK will not wait and will automatically charge the average monthly rate. It will be possible to return the overpayment only after the actual submission of current figures. Experts advise not to postpone this procedure to the last day: haste often leads to typos, which turn into hefty debts in the next receipt.
2. The entrance is not your personal closet
Stair cages, vestibules and inter-apartment halls should remain completely free. Leaving there old furniture, construction debris or household appliances is strictly prohibited. “Temporary” items also came under special control: if bicycles, scooters or large baby carriages block evacuation routes, the Criminal Code has the right to demand their immediate removal due to a gross violation of fire safety rules.
3. Mandatory notice of repair
Are you planning a housing upgrade? Before the start of noisy work or serious redevelopment (demolition of partitions, transfer of plumbing, interference in general home networks), you must notify your Criminal Code in advance. The application must clearly specify the nature of the work and approximate terms of their implementation.
These measures are aimed at improving the safety and comfort of all residents of the house. Check your household habits now, so that this autumn will pass without unexpected bills and conflicts with neighbors.
