Anyone who owns a car will have two new rules from October 1
Inspection reform: Two tough rules from October and good news for drivers.

Since the beginning of autumn, the rules of inspection (TO) have been seriously updated. Experts warn that ignorance of new nuances can cost you lost time and money when re-registering a car or scheduled diagnosis.
Now the TO points are officially obliged to accept electronic extracts from the PTS and STS. Forgot your ID at home? The digital equivalent is sufficient. But the operators themselves have seriously tightened the screws: diagnostic cards, decorated with violations or “backdating”, are now canceled in an accelerated mode.
Inspectors are now checking cars with the jeweler's meticulousness. VIN code, state number, brand, model and category - everything should match the beech in the beech. Even an accidental typo in the database will be an iron reason for refusing to issue a card. The times when they passed “by acquaintance” or in absentia are finally gone.
We hasten to reassure most: if you drive a personal car and do not use it for commercial purposes, you do not need to urgently look for a free window at the service station. Mandatory maintenance for private owners is still canceled. The new strictness applies primarily to taxi drivers, freight carriers, buses and those who are re-registering a car right now.
