Vsevolozhsk prosecutors stopped violations of housing and communal services in the village of Shcheglovo

Thanks to the intervention of the Vsevolozhsk city prosecutor's office, violations in the housing and communal services sphere were eliminated. During the inspection conducted by the prosecutor's office, it was found that the administration of the Shcheglov rural settlement does not comply with the legislation in the field of water supply and sanitation.

In the villages of Malaya Romanovka and MZHK "Tradition" in the village of Shcheglovo there is no centralized or uncentralized water supply. Water is not transported, and residents extract it from wells dug in their plots.

The city prosecutor's office made a submission to the head of the administration of the Ministry of Defense "Shcheglov rural settlement", but it was rejected. To protect the rights of residents, the city prosecutor filed a lawsuit against the administration, demanding to provide water supply and sanitation for drinking and household needs in the village of Malaya Romanovka and the Tradition residential complex.

The Vsevolozhsky court fully satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority. The prosecutor's office monitors the execution of the decision and the elimination of violations. Earlier, “MK in the Leningrad region” wrote that the Leningrad prosecutors controlled the departments during the entire period of the fire season.
