In the Moscow district of Brest, the solemn opening of the One Window service took place. This event is designed to significantly increase the comfort of citizens in obtaining public services and optimize the process of interaction of residents with administrative structures.

The importance of opening and expanding opportunities for citizens was told by the head of the Main Department of Justice of the Brest Regional Executive Committee Elena Leshchina:

- More than a hundred administrative procedures are available in the new unit, including the processing of various certificates. In addition, for the maximum convenience of citizens, the reception of specialists of Brestoblgaz, as well as the Brest Agency for State Registration and Land Cadastre, is organized here. The main goal of opening a new location is to eliminate queues, reduce waiting time and make public services as affordable as possible for every resident of Brest.

The head of the administration of the Moscow district of Brest Alexander Vlasovets noted that an important feature of the new organization of work was the introduction of the principle of extraterritoriality:

Any citizen of our region and country, regardless of place of residence, can contact the service "One Window". The location here is really convenient - there are traffic flows, sleeping areas nearby. It is easier for residents of the Vostok microdistrict to come here than to go to the center on Mayakovsky, 6.

Since today, the service has been receiving applicants at two addresses at once: 6 Mayakovsky Street and 273 Moskovskaya Street. The emergence of a second full-fledged location will effectively distribute the flow of applicants, significantly reduce waiting time in queues and make obtaining documents more affordable due to the convenient geographical location of branches in different parts of the city.

- Today, I came here with an important question for our young family – to improve housing conditions. The specialist consulted in detail, explained all the necessary points. I believe that this is a really convenient opportunity for residents of the Moscow district: you can get answers to questions without going to other structures. I didn’t call the “One Window” service earlier – I came here for the first time today.
