Yaroslavl company will pay off the debts of KAMAZAMI

We are talking about JSC "Agricultural Production Consortium "Dertniki".

According to the decision of the Arbitration Court of the Yaroslavl region, due to a tax debt of almost 40 million rubles, nine trucks will be sold from open auction. At first, six cars will be put up for auction, if the amount to repay the debt is not enough, then three more.

The company’s arguments about the fact that the machines put up for auction are involved in production were ignored, as well as the proposal to use other property to repay the debt.

In addition, the bartenders must pay another 50 thousand rubles of state duty.

In September, the court refused to declare the company bankrupt.
