For several months, she ignored the court decision and did not let a relative into the apartment. How much the woman would continue to resist in giving the minor access to housing is hard to say. But the bailiffs intervened.
In the framework of open court proceedings, the bailiff applied enforcement measures. The teenager now has the keys to the apartment.
It is worth adding that it is not very clear why a teenager should live with an aunt with a living mother - after all, she as a legal representative, to protect the rights of a minor, filed a lawsuit in the Krasnoperekop district court.
