Yaroslavl investors opened a special line to solve problems

In the Yaroslavl region, a separate telephone line for entrepreneurs who faced difficulties in connecting objects to the engineering infrastructure began to work. At the short number 076, investors can report problems with the supply of electricity, gas, water, heat or sewerage.

After the request, the service specialists send information to the appropriate network or resource supplying organization. If technical expertise or additional approvals are required to solve the issue, specialized specialists will be involved in the work. The authorities hope to reduce the time for consideration of appeals and remove administrative obstacles that may hinder the implementation of investment projects.

Situations that will receive appeals, promise to keep under control. If the problem is not solved, the Federal Antimonopoly Service may be involved in the consideration of a specific case. In addition, the regional authorities are considering the possibility of applying legal measures to organizations that unreasonably delay the connection of facilities.

The new line has become another channel for business interaction with the authorities in implementing projects in the region. Earlier, the region also earned a separate number 122 for residents’ appeals on the health system.
