Young artists from Kursk won the contest “Heirs of a great country”
In the Kursk Regional Palace of Culture named after V. N. Vinokur, an interregional competition of performing skills “Heirs of a great country” was held. It was organized by the Center for Socio-Cultural Innovations and Technologies, and the participants were judged by well-known cultural figures of the Kursk region.

Pupils of the Palace of Pioneers and schoolchildren of Kursk distinguished themselves in the nomination “Artistic Word” and brought home the main and prize awards. The Grand Prix went to Anna Shumakova from the theater-studio "Harlequin". She read an excerpt from Robert Rozhdestvensky's poem "210 Steps" - the jury noted her emotionality and deep disclosure of the military theme.
In addition, Harlekin has five more awards: Vasilisa Bartenev and Daria Khobotova became laureates of the II degree, Elizaveta Umerenkova and Kira Sukhorebrova became laureates of the III degree.
Four diplomas of laureates of the III degree were awarded to students of the School of Theatre Art “Little Giants”. The jury highly appreciated their literary and musical compositions “We did not know the War, but still” and “I need to talk about Russia”, as well as performances by Mikhail Morozov and Sofia Grebennikova.
