For the forest among the steppe thanked the residents and authorities of the Altai district of Khakassia

Last Friday, September 18, a solemn event dedicated to the Day of Forest Workers was held in Abakan. The Altai district was noted with gratitude for its great contribution to the preservation and enhancement of the forest resources of the Republic of Khakassia.

“It was completely unexpected for us,” admitted the head of the district Irina Voynova. Thank you to the Ministry of Forestry for your support! For us, this is not an empty pathos wording, but the real deeds of our team.”.

In the Altai region there is no forest – there is a steppe. Smirnovsky and Ochursky borons are the result of human labor: people laid these plantations for future descendants.

“And we continue this work! We plant thousands of trees every year: near social facilities, tourist places, wherever the place allows. This year, even you, the residents of the district, have made a huge contribution to the greening of your native Altai district. I am overwhelmed with emotion by the realization of this scale. So this is our thanks, shared...deserved! Thank you all! – Irina Voynova thanked the residents of the district.
