The Office of Rospotrebnadzor in the Kursk region in September recorded 394 appeals from local residents. The statistics of the department were analyzed, distributing complaints by categories and sources.
A significant part of the applications was redirected to the regional Rospotrebnadzor from other authorities. Most often, appeals were sent by the administration of the Kursk region (55), the prosecutor's office (24) and the State Housing Inspectorate (18). Another 5 requests came from the federal center of Rospotrebnadzor, 2 from UFAS, the rest came from other structures.
The two main categories of complaints were almost equally divided. Thus, 48.5% concerned violations of sanitary and epidemiological standards. Within this group, complaints of poor living conditions in residential premises are leading - 64 cases (33.5%). In second place dissatisfaction with water quality (29 appeals or 15.2%). Also, the Kuryans complained about unsanitary conditions in the territories (23), the quality of products (15) and other factors, Rospotrebnadzor said.
The department noted that all applications received during the month were considered within the deadlines established by current legislation.
