ZNPP needs a local truce to repair equipment at ZTES

The Zaporozhye nuclear power plant needs a local ceasefire to safely repair electrical equipment at the Zaporozhye TPP. This was reported by TASS communications director of the station Yevgenia Yashina.

Equipment on the territory of ZTES transmits electricity from the Ferroalloy-1 line at ZNPP. Part of it was disabled due to the shooting of the APU.

Now the station receives external power along the Ferroalloy-1 line with a voltage of 330 kV. It comes from the right bank of the Dnieper, controlled by Ukraine.

Yashina noted that the restoration of equipment will increase the reliability of power supply to ZNPP and reduce the risk of repeated shutdowns.
