The consolidation of youth in the countryside in our country is given great attention. The President demands to create comfortable conditions for the work and life of young specialists in the regions. Behind this personnel policy is a far-sighted strategy - the rejuvenation of the Belarusian village. Dozens of specialists annually arrive after graduating from universities and colleges in the Lioznensky district of the Vitebsk region. Among them are spouses Alina and Evgeny Holonkov, who settled in the district center and work in the district veterinary station.

She comes from the Mogilev region, he is from a village near Liozno. Both from childhood helped adults to look after a large farm, from an early age they knew what side to approach the cow and how to care for other animals in the yard. So the choice of future profession was predetermined. Evgeny graduated from the Vitebsk Academy of Veterinary Medicine, Alina – Luzhesnyansky Agrarian College at the same university. A year ago, the girl was distributed by a veterinary paramedic to the district station, where Eugene has already grown to deputy chief. By the way, a raise for a young man at one time became the main reason to stay in the area after the end of work.

In addition to working issues, on the agenda of the Holonkovs is the arrangement of new housing. They are about to move into a two-bedroom rental apartment provided to them as a young family. They're still doing cosmetic repairs. Alina is already in charge here, and her husband as a labor force:

- The apartment is cozy, nice. New house with electric heating. You could bring the furniture and move in. But decided to refresh the repair to your taste. We bought the wallpaper, we'll glue it in a few weeks, we'll clean it up. Some of the household appliances are looking for a preferential consumer loan for young professionals. The percentage is minuscule – why not take advantage, since the state also provides this option of support. We will furnish housing thoroughly - we think about "registration" for a long time. The first in the apartment by tradition let the cat!

Promising 710 thousand “squares” of housing and 36 thousand population: in Mogilev, the Solominka-2 microdistrict is rapidly expanding. Until recently, a field stretched on the site of a large construction site, and now there are dozens of beautiful and comfortable houses, playgrounds and sports grounds, infrastructure facilities. Construction work does not stop: in the next five years, the territory will grow with new residential “squares”, a school, kindergartens and shopping centers. Development with advanced urban planning approaches and innovations has already become one of the largest projects on the modern map of Mogilev.

One of the main developers, Mogilev House-Building Plant, is working at once on several facilities that will be commissioned before the end of the year. With the head of the project Andrey Ereshko, we meet on Turov Street, at home, the readiness of which is more than 95 percent. The final touches remained - to install plumbing and electric stoves in the apartments, glazing balconies, making stretch ceilings and screwing sockets. The layout is excellent - the windows go out on two sides at once: on the street and in the yard. The apartment is spacious, bright and, most importantly, warm. On the floor of the laminate, on the walls of the wallpaper: there is everything you need - come and live! Save people time, money and nerves. Very soon, the new owners will bring comfort, and this thought becomes joyful.

In the hands of experienced workers are young people. Electrician on electrical equipment, power and lighting networks Vladimir Belyakov got a job in DSC after college, came in early August. The young specialist was given lifting, helped with housing - allocated a place in the hostel. But most of all he was pleased with a friendly team, where everyone is ready to help. He is grateful for such support.

Today, active work is underway in the first and second sections, in the process of registration - documents for the third and fourth. First Deputy Chairman of the Mogilev City Executive Committee Igor Bushlekov says:

Mogilev began to develop this area in 2021, and in the next five years, work will continue here. With the introduction of the first neighborhood built up the contour along the central roads and now went into the depths. As a result, we will have to introduce 710,000 square meters of housing – the estimated indicators that guide us. It is planned that in Solominka-2 will live 36 thousand people – a tenth of the current population of the city.

* On the last day of winter of this year, the Head of State visited OJSC Nestanichy-Agro in Logoysky district. The farm has achieved good results in dairy farming. The average yield from a cow last year exceeded 8700 kilograms. The dairy complex has been reconstructed, a calves dispensary has been built, which Alexander Lukashenko praised. At the same time, the President pointed to the shortcomings on the territory of the ITC, the improper maintenance of calves, stressing that discipline and order are the basis of successful work and good results. The Head of State made a special emphasis on the supervision of the village from industrial enterprises, which at one time took a lot of personnel from rural areas. The leadership of the region and district was instructed to develop a plan to eliminate the noted shortcomings and named a specific date - September 17. Correspondents of “Rural newspaper” visited OJSC “Nestanichi-Agro” and saw how the requirement of the Head of state was fulfilled.

Director Anastasia Kuzmina explained that she headed the farm five years ago:

- At first, special attention was paid to the reconstruction of the dairy complex in order to increase the production of milk, the most monetary commodity. There was simply not enough money for the mechdvor. They were earned by increasing the production of livestock products.

Correspondents wanted to see the territory of the dairy complex, which was not originally planned to visit. That is, next to the previously built dispensary. It was there that the Head of State made serious remarks about the content of calves.

- Since then, everything has changed, said the chief zootechnician Shaka Keita, who in the household is called simply Fedorovich. There were bushes and ditches here. It's a neat lawn now. The site where the calves were in poor conditions in the winter has now been concreted and they have been moved elsewhere.

Visited and another object, previously owned by JSC "Nestanichi-Agro". It's about a cattle feeder. Now he is in charge of the branch "Pleshchenitsky" for the fattening of young cattle UE "Borisovsky combine of bakery products" of OJSC "Minskobhleboproduct".

- The facility was handed over to us in April of this year, said Vasily Biryukov, Deputy Director for Construction of KHP. - There are 21 buildings, many were in disrepair. This is not surprising, because the fattening plant for 5 thousand heads was built more than 50 years ago. The task was set to put everything in order. We made major renovations to the buildings.
