Closed system of hot water supply will be created in Sokol

In Sokol gradually improve the quality of hot water supply. So, in 2027-2029, it is planned to transfer the heat supply system of the central part of the city to a closed one and build a block-modular gas boiler room.

Now the system is open: water enters the taps through heating systems. Because of this, the quality of hot water during the heating season annually comes to the fore.

The decision on modernization was made in 2024. In 2024-2026 there was a design. Now the design and estimate documentation for the boiler house is ready and approved by the state examination. Competitive procedures are being prepared to select a contractor. Work is planned to begin this year.

Documentation is also being developed to close the system. The contractor will also be determined by the end of the year.

To support water quality in Sokol, networks are washed annually, acidity indicators are monitored.
