The smell of Chebureks did not brighten up the feeling of a hole in his floor

A Petersburger living on Moskovsky Prospekt discovered a hole in the floor of his apartment. It appeared after repairs in the cherry, which is on the first floor. RIAMO writes about it.

The man said that at the beginning of the year in the cafe under his apartment began repairs. After that, the room constantly smelled like a kitchen, and the floor began to deform. When the owner opened the parquet, he saw that the concrete slab of the flooring was pierced through - the kitchen of the institution can be seen through the hole.

The man believes the builders damaged the stove while doing ventilation and broke the rules. The management of the cafe, he said, did not respond to complaints or offered to sell the apartment cheaper.

After appeals to various authorities, the management company took control of the situation and demanded that the cafe repair the damage.

It's all denied in the Cheburet. They say that the owner of the apartment himself removed the parquet, drilled holes in the floor and now does not let the commission for inspection.
