Polar company illegally built a body cent on agricultural lands in Zverosovkhoz

"Murmansk auto repair systems" received a warning from the Office of Rosreestr in the Murmansk region. This follows from the information on the website of the Prosecutor General.

Experts have found that the company uses the site for other purposes. The plot is located in the village of Zverosovkhoz of the Kola district on Green Street, 7. According to the documents, it refers to the lands of settlements, and the permitted use is “Lands of agricultural use”. But in fact, there was a body center, that is, a car service center.

The agency suggested that the company use the site for the purpose specified in the register or bring the permitted use in accordance with the actual one.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that the administration of the Kandalaksha district warned for the use of agricultural land for construction.
