Zarechenets beat a friend because of an old enmity

In Zarechny, the police brought to the end the investigation of the criminal case. The figure was a local resident born in 2002. Previously, he had already come to the attention of law enforcement officers – both criminal and administrative. Now he is charged with a crime under part 2 of article 116.1 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation.

The suspect and the victim knew each other for a long time. There was a long conflict between them based on personal animosity. The defendant himself said that that evening he drank alcohol on the street and saw a friend passing by. Remembering the old enmity, he shouted a rude insult at him. The man came up. Then the suspect, acting intentionally and wanting to cause bodily harm, inflicted at least nine blows to the head and torso with his hands and feet.
