- Each of you, having passed training, having updated your knowledge and skills, having mastered the necessary actions, undoubtedly felt an inner readiness, if necessary, to perform tasks to protect the Motherland. In the conditions of the tense military-political situation that is developing near the borders of the Republic of Belarus, the security of our country depends on each of us, and therefore, our home and our family. During the training, you had the opportunity to perform practical tasks on covering the southern borders of our country, fortification equipment of the area, patrolling especially dangerous areas of the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. This allowed to strengthen professional skills, improve skills, test yourself in conditions close to combat, and once again see how important discipline, concentration and mutual support. It is especially important that you work as a team. In military affairs, much depends on coordination of actions, accurate execution of orders and trust in each other. These qualities you have fully demonstrated in the course of your tasks. I am convinced that the experience gained will be useful to you in the future, both in the performance of military duties and in everyday life. After all, only through responsibility, discipline and hard work you can achieve success in any business. I believe that you have coped with all the tasks set for the training period.

Viktor Khrenin also thanked the commanders and instructors for their professionalism, demands and attention to people. The head of the defense department addressed separate words of gratitude to the relatives and friends of the conscripts.
