An application for a new family payment can be submitted by working parents in the Tver region

Until October 1 of this year, working parents can apply for a new family payment, said the SFR Branch in the Tver region.

The application is submitted through the portal “State Services”, in the MFC or in the client service of the regional branch of the Social Fund of Russia, specified in the institution.

The support measure allows you to return part of the paid personal income tax for the past year. The average per capita income of the family should not exceed one and a half times the subsistence minimum in the region.

The support measure is prescribed to parents of two or more children under the age of 18 (or up to 23 years if the child is a full-time student). All family members must also have Russian citizenship. In addition, when making a payment, property is taken into account: the number of real estate objects and vehicles must comply with the established standards.

The regional office of the FIU noted that the payment applies to self-employed citizens and individual entrepreneurs whose income is not taxed on personal income tax. Support will also be denied to parents who have alimony debts or are deprived of parental rights.

Both parents who are officially employed and paid personal income tax last year have the right to make a family payment. For applicants who meet all criteria, the tax withheld from their income is recalculated at a reduced rate of 6%, and the difference is returned to the parents.
