Applications for inclusion in the register of payment service providers can be submitted through a single portal

Applications for inclusion in the registers of factoring organizations and payment service providers can be submitted through a single portal from January 1, 2027. The relevant resolution was signed by Prime Minister Alexander Turchin. This was reported in the press service of the Government, writes sb.by.

The document amends the resolution of the Council of Ministers of May 4, 2026 No. 221 “On administrative procedures”.

In particular, it is envisaged to transfer administrative procedures related to the maintenance of registers of factoring organizations and payment service providers into electronic form by providing business entities with the opportunity to send applications for the implementation of procedures (inclusion / deletion from the register) in electronic form through a single electronic services portal.

The National Bank and RUE "National Electronic Services Center" have completed the work on the translation of these administrative procedures into electronic form. Commissioning of the software is scheduled for November 2026.
