Green berets handed to bailiffs on Mamayev Kurgan in Volgograd
On Mamayev Kurgan - at the very main height of Russia, impregnated with the memory of a great feat - a landmark event took place: the final trials of bailiffs for the right to wear green berets came to their solemn conclusion
The ceremony was attended by the Governor of the Volgograd region Andrey Bocharov and Director of the Federal bailiff service, chief bailiff of the Russian Federation Dmitry Aristov. They were joined by the heads of a number of law enforcement, supervisory and law enforcement agencies – the status of the event emphasized the importance of the profession and the level of recognition of service employees.
The venue for the final competitions was the defense sports camp Avangard and the 187th Pskov Order of the Red Star interspecific regional training center for the training of junior engineers (military unit 73420). More than a hundred employees from 56 territorial divisions of the FSSP participated in the tests - the competition turned out to be truly large-scale. Of the 108 applicants, eight were recognized as the best: they proved that they were worthy of the highest sign of professional skill - the green beret.
The ceremony itself was held on the Mamayev Kurgan. Its semantic and emotional emphasis was the laying of flowers: the participants honored the memory of the fallen, paying tribute to the heroes at the Eternal Flame in the Hall of Military Glory, at the grave of Marshal of the Soviet Union V. I. Chuikov and at a small mass grave.
Addressing the audience, the head of the region emphasized the special significance of the moment.
Today, here, at the main height of Russia – the sacred land of Mamaev Kurgan for every citizen of our great Fatherland – representatives of thousands of highly professional staff of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Russian Federation are awarded symbols of special professional distinction. In your daily activities and in the course of complex professional tests, you have once again achieved high results and once again confirmed that the bailiff service requires serious training, impeccable discipline and special professional qualities. You and your comrades daily, around the clock, carry out the service for the protection of public order, protect the interests of society, citizens and the state as a whole, act where hardness of character and justice are especially important. I congratulate you on achieving high professional results. I am sure that together we will do everything to bring our Victory over modern fascism and Nazism closer. The enemy will be defeated! No less heartfelt were the words of Dmitry Aristov, who noted not only the personal contribution of the winners, but also the importance of the very tradition of such trials.
Today we honor those who have successfully passed the qualification tests and proved their right to wear the highest symbol of professional skill – the green beret. Holding such competitions has become not just a good tradition in our service - it is one of the most important elements that strengthens team spirit and raises the professional level. Year by year, the number of participants is growing. It is with great pride that I note that currently 84 holders of green berets serve in enforcement bodies. Today, eight more of our colleagues will join them, and this year they are the best of 108 candidates. It is symbolic that they were able to show their best qualities in places of great battles and heroic deeds: our fathers and grandfathers, at the cost of incredible efforts and sacrifices, preserved the future for us, their dedication and courage became the foundation for everything we have today. So now our compatriots are guarding the security and sovereignty of Russia, they show steadfastness and heroism, defeating the enemy on the battlefields of a special military operation. We will always remember the deeds of those who gave their lives for their homeland. Before the solemn part, Governor Andrei Bocharov and Dmitry Aristov held a working meeting. It discussed the development of interdepartmental cooperation, including the implementation of projects significant for the residents of the Volgograd region, strengthening the rule of law and protecting the rights of citizens. Dmitry Aristov separately noted how well the infrastructure for holding federal events is developed in the region: this allows not only to receive guests with dignity, but also to set a high bar for organizing such events.
