A resident of Buynaksk will appear in court on charges of fraud and forgery of official documents, according to the Prosecutor’s office of Dagestan.

According to the investigation, the woman, on the basis of a forged document, achieved the acquisition of ownership of the republican land plot with an area of 48 square meters in Buynaksk. As a result, the region suffered damage in the amount of more than 1 million rubles.

The criminal case was sent to the court for consideration on the merits. To ensure the safety of property and prevent the disposal of the site, it was seized.
