“Zhilkomkhoz” warned for violations in samples of drinking water in Alexandrovsk

Housing complex in Alexandrovsk, Murmansk region received a warning from the interregional management No. 120 of the FMBA of Russia. This follows from the information on the website of the Prosecutor General.

In September 2026, specialists conducted laboratory studies of drinking water samples in ZATO. Samples were taken before feeding to the distribution network and directly from the network.

The water didn't meet all the standards. So, in Snezhnogorsk, oxidation was exceeded in one sample before feeding to the network, and in nine samples from the network the hydrogen index was below normal, in nine samples the oxidation was exceeded.

In Hajiyevo, in four samples before feeding to the network, the chromaticity was increased, and in samples from the network, an excess of chromaticity, turbidity and iron was recorded immediately, as well as an understated hydrogen index. In the village of Olenya Guba in two samples, the hydrogen index was below normal.

In addition, according to Murmanskvodokanal, on September 30, an excess of chromaticity was found in the water sample before entering the Hajiyevo network.

The company was warned about the inadmissibility of violations. It could challenge him.

According to Rusprofile, the Zhilkomkhoz enterprise has been operating since December 1993, registered in Snezhnogorsk. The company is engaged in housing and communal services, including the distribution of water for drinking and industrial needs. Since August 2025, Andrei Lettiev has been working as a director. Since 2015, the company has undergone 21 inspections and 48 preventive measures.

Earlier, “MK in Murmansk” said that in Zaozersk drinking water has not been tested on three indicators.
