A resident of Bashkiria was responsible for committing a fatal accident

In the Baltachevsky district of Bashkortostan, the court sentenced a man under the article of traffic violation under the influence, which led to the death of a person by negligence.

In November last year, the driver of the “Kia Sorento” sat drunk behind the wheel and in the village of Upper Tatyshli hit a woman to death. The driver fled the scene, later he was detained by police.

The court sentenced the man to five years in prison in the colony-settlement deprived of the driver’s license for two and a half years.
