A resident of Bogorodsk lost a BMW due to drunk driving. In the summer, the 33-year-old driver was stopped by traffic police inspectors: he noticed signs of intoxication, but he refused to undergo a medical examination. Later it turned out that the man had already been deprived of his rights for the same reason.

The court appointed the offender 250 hours of mandatory work and deprived the right to manage transport for 2 years 6 months. The car was turned into state revenue.
