A 53-year-old resident of Chuvashia fully repaid arrears on alimony for the maintenance of a minor son after applying enforcement measures.

The debt of the man exceeded 300 thousand rubles. During the enforcement proceedings, the bailiffs established that land plots and premises were registered for him, and imposed a ban on registration actions with this property.

After notification of the initiation of enforcement proceedings and calculation of the debt, the man paid the full amount and officially found employment.

Now a quarter of the child’s income is deducted monthly.

The enforcement proceedings are closed due to full compliance with the requirements. Registration bans have been lifted.
