A resident of Dagestan received 220 hours of mandatory work for drunk driving

The court found a resident of the Sergokala district of Dagestan guilty of driving while intoxicated. This is reported by the joint press service of the courts of the Republic.

It was established that on June 11 of this year, the man again sat behind the wheel intoxicated - earlier he was fined and deprived of the right to drive vehicles for driving while intoxicated.

After stopping by DPS officers, the man refused to undergo an examination for the state of alcoholic intoxication. He also failed to comply with the legal requirement to undergo a medical examination.

In court, the driver fully admitted guilt. The court imposed a penalty of 220 hours of compulsory work with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for two years.
