A resident of Dagestan received a real sentence for evading administrative supervision

A court in Dagestan sentenced a resident of Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk, finding him guilty of repeatedly failing to comply with administrative restrictions. This is reported by the prosecutor's office of the Republic.

In 2025, the court established administrative supervision over the previously convicted man. However, the supervised systematically violated the established restrictions.

The defendant was repeatedly brought to administrative responsibility for violation of public order. Now the Nogai district court imposed a penalty of real imprisonment for six months in a correctional colony of strict regime.
