In the Smolensk region, bailiffs brought to administrative responsibility a man who evaded the maintenance of a minor son.
According to the court, the resident of the region had to pay monthly alimony. However, the funds were received only partially, as a result of which the debt exceeded 220 thousand rubles. The mother of the child asked for help in the department of bailiffs in the Demidov and Velizhsky districts of the FSSP of Russia in the Smolensk region.
Despite the restrictive measures taken, the man continued to evade payments. He did not seek employment, although his bank accounts were blocked and his property seized.
The bailiffs drew up against the debtor a protocol under Article 5.35.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for non-payment without good reason of funds for the maintenance of a minor child. The court found the man guilty and sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest.
After serving his sentence, a resident of the region got a job and began to regularly transfer alimony for the maintenance of his son.
