A resident of Kuzbass managed to receive from his employer 600 thousand rubles as compensation for moral harm

As it became known from the message of the prosecutor's office of the Kemerovo region, in Novokuznetsk, a commercial organization is obliged to pay a citizen compensation for moral suffering. The incident occurred in October last year, when a man suffered a hand injury directly at the workplace.

The consequences of the accident continue to negatively affect his health: the victim is forced to change the usual rhythm of life, and the degree of disability was 30%. The reason for the incident was the negligence of the employer, who did not take care of compliance with labor safety standards. At the initiative of the district prosecutor, the court satisfied the claims for compensation, awarding the victim the specified amount in the amount of 600,000 rubles.
