A resident of the Muchkapsky district will pay 1.2 million rubles for an accident on an official car

Muchapsky district court considered the case of compensation for damage from the accident. The defendant was a 29-year-old local resident who worked as a driver in the MKU “AHG”.

The incident occurred in July 2025. Driving the car, the man violated traffic rules, which led to a road accident. According to experts, the repair of the damaged foreign car TOYOTA was estimated at 3,582,640 rubles. Taking into account depreciation, the amount of material damage amounted to 1,192,720 rubles.

During the proceedings, the defendant fully admitted the plaintiff's claims. Having studied the materials of the case, the court sided with the MKU "AHG" and decided to recover from the perpetrator of the accident damage, as well as legal costs and state duty - a total of more than 1,200,000 rubles.

Until the decision has entered into force.
