A resident of Nizhny Novgorod will sue a resident of the Tersky district of the Murmansk region because of an accident. This was reported by the press service of the Kandalaksha District Court.

The lawsuit was filed by a resident of Nizhny Novgorod. The accident occurred in the Republic of Tatarstan due to the fault of the northerner, the plaintiff’s car was damaged. The defendant's insurance company paid compensation, but in the plaintiff's opinion, this money was not enough to fully cover the damage.

The case was transferred from the Novo-Savinovskiy district court of Kazan to Umba, because the defendant is registered in the Tersky district of the Murmansk region. The case is now pending.
