A resident of the Kama region received a real sentence for a date in someone else’s garden house

The court in Solikamsk sentenced a previously convicted local resident born in 1988. The man was found guilty of theft, according to the GU Interior Ministry for the Perm Territory.

In May, a resident of Solikamsk at her dacha noticed that there was no window in the neighboring house, and the door of the house of another neighbor was open and the stove was heating there. The owners were nowhere, so the woman decided to find out what had happened and went to the neighbors.

At one site, someone removed a window frame from the opening and left it on the street, and an unknown man and woman slept in the house of another neighbor. She immediately reported her findings to the police. Uninvited guests were detained and taken to the duty station. He was a 38-year-old man and his girlfriend. It turned out that the defendant after a joint drink offered the woman to relax in nature, explaining that the garden plot belongs to his relatives and he is allowed to visit there. Solikamets chose a garden house he liked and opened the door, after which the feast continued. When it got dark, the man visited the neighbors. Having exposed the window frame, he entered the house, took pillows, plaid, bed linen and returned to his friend.

Having covered the sofa with stolen underwear and covered with a soft blanket, the uninvited guests fell asleep. In the morning they were awakened by the indignant owners of the house and police.

Solikam's been taken into custody. The stolen property was seized and returned to the owners.

The court sentenced the offender to 3 years in a correctional colony of strict regime.
