According to the investigation, on September 7, 2019, in Pskov, the accused, under the pretext of helping a friend, misled an elderly woman and along with her proceeded to the branch of Sberbank, where the victim withdrew 50 thousand rubles and more than 3 thousand US dollars - in the amount of 255 387 rubles.
Then in the forest near the SNT “Luni” of the Pskov district, a man snatched a bag of money from the woman’s hands and fled.
