A resident of Syktyvkar received a term for purchases on someone else’s bank card
He returned the card to the owner personally.

An attempt to challenge the punishment for using someone else's bank card did not help the resident of Syktyvkar. Comey's Supreme Court reviewed his complaint but found no basis to review the earlier sentence.
As established by the court, the man used found someone else’s card and spent from it about 3,5 thousand rubles. With this money, he bought alcohol, shawarma and groceries in the store. After the purchases, the Syktyvkar returned the means of payment to the owner, but did not inform her that he managed to pay at her expense.
The city court found the man guilty and appointed him six months in prison with serving a sentence in a strict regime colony. His previous convictions for robbery and theft were taken into account.
The defense tried to seek a review of the decision, but the Supreme Court of the Republic left the sentence unchanged.
