Resident of Zherdevsky district on September 1, started a deadly fight

In the Tambov region, a criminal case of a 39-year-old man from the Zherdevsky district was transferred to the court. He is accused of brutally beating a friend, and he died.

According to the investigation, on September 1, a quarrel broke out between the accused and his 60-year-old villager. To clarify the relationship in words, the man did not - he went to the opponent's home and there he was beaten. A few days later, the victim died in hospital, where he was taken with serious injuries.

It is known that the defendant had problems with the law before: he had already served time for a similar crime - intentional infliction of grave harm to health.

Investigators petitioned for the detention of the man in custody - the court supported this measure. Now the case materials with the approved indictment have been sent to the court.
