Residents of Serpukhov are invited to take part in the competition “Clothing”
Acceptance of applications for the international competition "Clothing", organized by the Sistema Charitable Foundation, RSU
The theme of the contest is “The People’s Tale”. Participants are invited to create author’s works inspired by folk tales, legends, myths and rituals, interpreting traditional crafts in a new way. Works are accepted in five main categories: decorative and applied arts, costume, fine arts, digital art and photography, as well as a design project. Separately established a special nomination “Wild tale” – for works dedicated to rare crafts and folklore of small peoples.
Winners and prize-winners will receive cash prizes: 50 thousand rubles for the first place, 30 thousand for the second and 10 thousand for the third. Laureates will also be offered participation in creative expeditions from the Sistema Foundation and in exhibitions of the Tsaritsyno Museum-Reserve or Kosygin RSU. Applicants for participation and victory are awarded additional points when entering creative universities.
Applications are accepted until November 22.
The correspondence qualifying round will be held from November 22 to 29, the in-person semifinal in Moscow – December 10, and the results will be summed up on December 16-19 in the format of a gala show.
