Residents of Upper Sogra complained about flocks of stray dogs. They asked who should be doing it.

The Department of Veterinary Science reminded that the capture and maintenance of stray dogs are engaged in local governments. The republican budget allocated to Abakan for these purposes in 2026 29 million 503 thousand rubles.

As of September 29, 18 million 417 thousand rubles were mastered of this amount. In other words, the city administration has the means to conclude contracts with specialized organizations. How the Abakan authorities will react to the “signal” is still unknown.
