Residents of the Orel region can make an appointment with a doctor through a chatbot in the national messenger MAX.

“We know how difficult it is to reach the registry office during busy hours. That’s why we launched a digital assistant. Especially relevant now, when the incidence of ARVI is growing. No calls. There is no need to register for public services. All that is required - name and date of birth, - said the Governor of the region Andrei Klychkov during an online stream in the social network Vkontakte.

You can register yourself or close to the therapist or a narrow specialist, choose a convenient date and time, remotely close the hospital.

“It just works. Open the bot in MAKS, enter the data, follow the prompts. Choose a medical institution, a few clicks - and the record is ready, - said Andrei Klychkov.
