A resident of Kalmykia celebrated the 96th anniversary of his birth

His 96th birthday was celebrated by honorary citizen of the Tselinsky district Zinaida Sanjievna Ochirova.

She was born in 1930 in the village of Sharnut, Sarpinsky district of KASSR. After surviving years of deportation, she was distributed to the Stalin State Farm of the Zminogorsk district of the Altai Territory. From an early age she learned hard work: she grazed cattle, carried water in barrels, worked on the sowing in the tractor brigade and on grain harvesting.

In 1954, Zinaida Sanjievna married Yakov Urubzurovich Ochirov and moved to the Zagotskot state farm. In 1958, she returned to her homeland - to the village of Charnut, where she lived until 2003, until she moved to the village of Troitskoe.

Zinaida Sanjievna is a mother of many children. Together with her husband she raised 8 children. Today she is a happy grandmother of 6 grandchildren and a great-grandmother of 4 great-grandchildren.
