According to the inquest, a common friend invited two women to visit for a drink. During the feast, a quarrel broke out between the guests. When verbal arguments dried up, one of the participants in the conflict grabbed a kitchen knife from the table and struck the back of the opponent with a handle. The victim felt a sharp push, could not resist his feet and fell to his knees. These actions are qualified as causing slight harm to health. The suspect confessed.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment up to two years in prison.
