Resident of the Orel region became the winner of the competition of mentoring practices

Lecturer of Ivan Turgenev Orel State University Lilia Koroleva presented a model of end-to-end multi-level mentoring “Student – Resident – Young Specialist”. In its development helped the head of the Department of internal diseases Valery Vishnevsky.

The model is designed to solve one of the main tasks of medical education - the adaptation of students to real clinical work during the transition from theory to independent practice.
